How we work

Everything before the first sales meeting.

For sustainability and impact-driven companies: we find the accounts that fit, contact them in your name and answer every reply. You take the qualified meetings. Start with a six-week pilot, paid per held, qualified meeting, with no management fee.

The stages, not to scale. We find, contact and qualify buyers; your team runs the sales meeting and closes. Only held, qualified meetings are billable.

Pilot and Partner

One way to work, in two steps

Start with a pilot: after setup, six weeks of outreach, paid per held, qualified meeting. Then we review the results together, and you decide whether to go on as Partner.

Step oneStart here

Pilot

Six weeks of outreach, after setup, to find out whether outbound brings you meetings.

We do
Map one segment of your market, set up sending in your name, write and send the outreach, answer every reply and book the meetings.
You pay
A fee per held, qualified meeting, up to a cap for the pilot. No management fee. The sending tools run on accounts in your name, and you pay for them directly.
You get
The held, qualified meetings the outreach brings, a record of the accounts we reached, the messages we tested and the replies, and a review together after six weeks: go on as Partner, or stop.

Step twoThree months minimum

Partner

Ongoing outreach, account research and reporting, month after month.

We do
Run and refine the outreach, add segments and track the buying signals on your accounts. With the biotiq platform and a monthly report.
You pay
A monthly management fee for the work, plus a fee per held, qualified meeting, up to a monthly cap on billable meetings. Three months minimum, then month to month.
You get
Outreach that keeps running and improving, a monthly report you can share with your board, and a system that stays yours.

The fine print, in plain words

What counts as a meeting, and how pricing works

The definition

A meeting counts when

It took place, not only booked
With a decision maker in the agreed profile
Not a client, no open deal, and not on your exclusion list
It came from our outreach

No-shows are not billed, and we offer to reschedule once. You confirm which meetings took place.

The price

How we price a meeting

  1. Client valueWhat a new client is worth to you in year one
  2. Close rateHow often a meeting becomes a client
  3. Agreed percentageThe part of that value we agree on
  4. Fee per held meetingSet in writing before we start

The management fee

What the fee covers

  • Your campaigns, run and widened by us
  • Every reply answered by one of us
  • Account research and the signals on your accounts
  • A monthly report: meetings, what worked, what we change

A fixed amount each month, set in the proposal. Partner only: the pilot has no management fee.

The cap

No surprises on the invoice

A limit on billable meetings, agreed in advance: for the pilot, or per month as Partner. We never bill above it: at the cap, we pause new outreach and ask whether you want to raise it. The management fee is separate.

The system

One system, from choosing your market to the first sales meeting

Seven parts that feed each other. We build them in your own tools and run them for you. If you stop, the sending accounts, lists and workflows stay yours.

We build the targeting, run the outreach and set up the sales process around it. Your team takes the qualified conversations and closes.

How soon do the first meetings come?

The pilot runs six weeks from the first message. Before that we set up and warm up sending: about a week on LinkedIn, about three weeks for email. The proposal gives the dates.

Who does the work?

We do: Wouter Roelofs and Michiel Kemmer, both from the sustainability sector. No account managers: the people you meet do the work.

What do you need from us?

About an hour a week, and at the start:

  • Your ideal customer, a few best customers and why they bought, and who we must never contact
  • A company-level CRM export, and a CRM user for handovers
  • Sending accounts in your name, and a privacy notice we can link to
  • Your approval of the first messages, and each week a check of which meetings took place
Which tools do you use?

Your own CRM, and sending tools on accounts in your name, such as an email tool and a LinkedIn tool. As a rule you pay for those directly and keep them; the proposal lists them and their cost. We add our market research: the market map, and the signals our team tracks for you.

Whose name do you send in?

Yours. We send from email and LinkedIn accounts in your name, after you approve the first messages, and every reply is answered by one of us.

Can we stop?

Yes. The pilot ends after six weeks, and either of us can stop it earlier with 14 days' notice. Partner runs at least three months, then month to month with one month's notice.

We already have a CRM, tools and SDRs. Do you work with those?

Yes. We build on what you run and add what generalist tools miss: a market map built for sustainability, and the signals that say which accounts to contact now.

Will our buyers talk to a robot?

No. You approve the first messages, and every reply is answered by one of us.

How do you handle GDPR?

When we run outreach in your name, you are the controller and we are your processor, under a data processing agreement we sign before we start. If we hand you a researched list to use yourself, we are an independent controller for that research, as our Terms and Privacy Policy explain. Every email lets the reader opt out, and an opt-out is final.
